Too often, technology decisions are made before the problem is fully understood. I work differently. I start by understanding what you're actually trying to achieve, then find the most elegant path to get there.

Sometimes that means building a custom WordPress theme. Sometimes it means training a machine learning model. Sometimes it's connecting systems that weren't designed to talk to each other. The solution follows the problem, not the other way around.

Everyone's an AI expert now.

I was shipping production systems twenty years before it became a bandwagon. So don't take the title block's word for it — check the drawings.

General notes

  1. All claims on this sheet are load‑bearing. Anything I can't demonstrate doesn't get drawn.
  2. This page is the demonstration. Three Claude models were each handed the same brief, under my direction — compare the drafts in Exhibit A.
  3. AI is a component in the schedule, not the title block. It's specified where it earns its keep, and left off where it doesn't.
  4. Twenty years of production systems came first — Accenture, Old Mutual, and every marketplace, model and migration since.
